Welcome to Neurademy.
These Terms of Service outline the rules and conditions under which we provide our 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions for children.
By using our website or enrolling in any course, you agree to the terms listed below.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
About Neurodemy
Neurademy provides 1-on-1 online tutoring sessions for students ages 5 and above, with recommended ages 8–15 for AI and game development courses. Younger children (5–7 years) may participate as long as they are able to focus for a full session of approximately one hour.
All sessions are delivered online through video conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet, and all communication regarding classes is done through WhatsApp.
Demo Sessions & Scheduling
Free Demo Session
Parents may book a free demo session through our website.
The demo time will be scheduled based on the availability of both the student and the tutor.
Regular Classes
Class timings will be mutually agreed upon between the tutor and the parent.
Sessions may be held:
- Once a week, or
- Twice a week,
depending on the learning plan agreed between the tutor and the parent.
Rescheduling
Parents may request to reschedule a session by contacting us on WhatsApp at least 12 hours before the class.
We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability.
Sessions missed without prior notice may be counted as completed.
Communication
All class communication (updates, schedule changes, homework, reminders) will be handled through WhatsApp.
By enrolling, you agree to receive messages and updates from Neurademy via WhatsApp.
Payments & Billing
Payment Method
Payments are made via bank transfer only.
Payment Types
Parents may choose:
- Monthly payments, or
- Full payment for the course
All payments must be cleared before the start of the upcoming cycle.
Cancellation & Refunds
Parents may stop or cancel the subscription any time before the next billing cycle begins.
Since this is a live 1-on-1 tutoring service, completed sessions cannot be refunded.
Special circumstances (illness, emergencies) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Student Requirements
To participate in classes, students will need:
- A laptop or desktop computer
- A stable internet connection
- PictoBlox software (free) or other tools as instructed
- Basic ability to follow instructions independently
Younger children (5–7 years) may require a parent to sit nearby during the first few sessions.
We recommend parents ensure:
- The student joins on time
- The environment is quiet and distraction free
- The child is prepared for a full session of learning
Code of Conduct
To ensure a productive learning environment:
- Students must behave respectfully during sessions
- No offensive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior is allowed
- Cameras should remain on unless discussed with the tutor
- Sessions may not be recorded or shared without permission
We reserve the right to pause or discontinue sessions if behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe.
Safety & Privacy
All live sessions are held in secure, password-protected meeting rooms.
We do not record student sessions unless a parent explicitly requests it and both parties agree.
Personal information shared with us (names, emails, WhatsApp numbers, or child details) will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing tutoring services.
Technical Issues
If technical problems arise during a session (internet outage, software issues, etc.):
- If the issue is on Neurademy’s side → The session will be rescheduled at no cost.
- If the issue is on the student’s side → The tutor may extend the session time or reschedule depending on the situation.
Changes to Services
Neurademy may update course content, scheduling policies, or pricing when needed. Any changes will be communicated to parents in advance.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a demo, enrolling in a course, or continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
